She’s been on my blog for some time now. And my flickr. And recently my e-mail. And honestly she’s been on my mind. I was often thinking why on earth this brilliant individual hadn’t made a blog yet. But I kept my thoughts to myself, often distracted from real life issues and events.

It would always come back to me though. That question. Would she ever do it? At first I gently coaxed her into taking a few photos for her flickr account. Because her comment on my flickr account is probably one of the most delightful things I look forward to when I connect to the world wide web. When she did finally take some pictures I was pleased but not at all surprised by her eye for detail- her appreciation and sensitivity to composure and art was evident from her comments.

But now, now I receive delightful news. She has finally opened her own blog. My delightful day has just got better. My logging on to the Internet now has a specific goal- to read her words, humour and wisdom.

And what a clever idea. She’s a co-writer on this blog with a friend. Two stories, two brilliant young ladies, one excellent blog. I know where I’m going to be spending my reading time.

So I announce the dazzling new blog by two dear sisters: Starry Eyed Book Lovers.
